Christmas & New Year Opening Times
We will be closed from Saturday 21st December until Sunday 5th January 2025 for our Christmas break. All messages, emails and shop orders received during this time will be processed when we return to work on Monday 6th January 2025.

You can now visit the PawPrints DayCare Centre in Balsall Common and purchase our Dog Food and Treats. We accept payment by card, including contactless, and cash. The best times to visit the centre for purchases are 9.00am - 12.00pm and 2.30pm - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
We also offer Free Local deliveries ( within 5 miles of Balsall Common), all orders must be received by Wednesday at 1pm to be delivered on Friday. Delivery times on Friday are late afternoon 3.30pm - 6.00pm.
You can also order on the website and we will send your order to you via Royal Mail. Delivery charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
